Girls were great and very helpful but with the FHA mortgage people should be informed that a guaranteed closing date is not possible. It has cost me extra money to get a storage unit and will have to pay again for movers, another added expense. It also caused great stress finding a storage unit and place to live while waiting for a closing date. There should be a standard list of paperwork needed and followed by initial approval and final approval and not asking for more paperwork at the 11th hour after consistently sending paperwork for 2 months. Definitely took the joy out of home ownership.
